WRITER/DIRECTOR/PHOTOGRAPHER

HELLO AND WELCOME!
Brenton Potter is an emerging writer/director, born and raised in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Brenton found a strong passion for the craft of filmmaking from a young age, consistently creating various skits and writing short stories, all whist taking acting classes with Helen O'Grady Drama Academy and the Victorian Youth Theatre.

Since graduating high school, Brenton has grown his skills in the craft of screenwriting, all whilst gaining valuable on-set experience on various short film and web series sets.
His debut independent short film, 'Visions of Colour', allowed Brenton to apply all his studied skills and experiences to a fully-fledged production, taking up responsibilities of directing, producing, cinematography, editing, and marketing.

Brenton continues to solidify his filmmaking and screenwriting skills through the development of his next short film, 'The Devil and The Deep Blue Sea', a psychological horror short, exploring concepts of memory, suppression, and the power of connection.
